voice & internet

Crystal-clear business phone systems with auto-attendants, mobile apps, and call analytics, plus carrier-neutral guidance on the right internet service for every location.

The problem

Still Paying Landline Prices for Landline Limits.

The old phone bill keeps arriving: lines nobody uses, charges that shouldn’t exist anymore, a voicemail box nobody checks, and a system that goes silent the moment the office loses power or a key person works from home. Meanwhile callers hear rings and get nothing, and you never know how many gave up.

Modern business VoIP moves your phones onto the internet you already pay for: auto-attendants that route callers properly, desk phones and mobile apps ringing together, voicemail in your inbox, and analytics that show what’s actually happening on your lines. We design it, install it, and support it, and because we’re carrier-neutral on internet service, we recommend the circuit that fits each location and budget, with no carrier allegiance.

What’s included

What Voice & Internet Includes

Six pieces of a phone system people stop thinking about, which is the point. Designed, installed, and supported by the same security-first team.

Desk, Mobile & Softphone

Desk phones, a mobile app, and a desktop app that ring together, so the business number works wherever the work is.

Auto-Attendants & Routing

Callers greeted, routed, and never dumped: menus, ring groups, business-hours rules, and holiday schedules that update without a service call.

Voicemail to Email & Texting

Voicemail lands in your inbox; business texting keeps conversations on the company number instead of personal phones.

Call Analytics

Who’s calling, when, how long they wait, and how many give up: the numbers that turn staffing and hours decisions into facts.

Carrier-Neutral Internet Guidance

We quote and compare circuits from the carriers serving each location, then manage the install and any finger-pointing if service dips.

Network Readiness & Call Quality

Your network assessed and tuned for voice before cutover, so calls stay crystal-clear even when the office is busy.

Phones ride on your network, and network security is Layer 6 of our defense-in-depth framework. One team keeps both fast and safe.

Questions

Business Phones, Answered

What does business VoIP cost in Des Moines?

Typically a per-user monthly rate that includes the features legacy systems charged extra for, and businesses moving to VoIP often pay less than the old phone bill. We’ll price it against your current bill, so the comparison is real, not hypothetical.

Will call quality really be as good as a landline?

On a properly prepared network, yes, and the preparation is the part we don’t skip: bandwidth checked, voice traffic prioritized, and failover considered before anything is installed. Quality problems come from skipped homework, not from VoIP itself.

What happens to our phones if the internet goes down?

Calls fail over to the mobile apps and can be rerouted to any number in minutes, so the business keeps answering even when a circuit doesn’t. For locations that can’t tolerate downtime, we design a backup circuit in from the start.

Can we keep our phone numbers?

Yes. Numbers port to the new system, and we manage the porting process end to end, including the timing, so there’s no gap in answering.

Do we have to buy new phones?

Often not: many modern desk phones can be reprovisioned, some teams skip desk phones entirely in favor of the apps, and when hardware is needed we quote mid-range models that do the job without the markup.
