AI services
Your team is already using AI, approved or not. We make it safe and useful: assessment, policy, Microsoft Copilot readiness, training, and automation, governed by the same security-first discipline behind everything we do.
The situation
The Adoption Decision Already Happened
Per the Verizon 2026 Data Breach Investigations Report, 45 percent of employees now use AI tools on work devices, triple the share of a year earlier, and most of that use is unapproved. Pasting a client list into a free chatbot feels like productivity; it’s actually a data transfer to an account nobody controls. And blocking the tools usually just moves the habit to personal phones, where you can see nothing.
So we don’t argue about adoption; we govern it. Netbringer finds the AI your team already uses, sets a policy people actually read, enforces it technically through allowlisting and filtering, prepares Microsoft 365 tenants before Copilot is switched on, trains staff on the tools you approve, and builds automations where AI genuinely saves hours. Governed adoption, no hype, and no promises of “AI-proof.”

What we do
What AI Services Include
Six services, assessment first, always. Each one is something we run on our own business before we sell it to yours.
AI Readiness Assessment
A shadow-AI inventory of what your team already uses, data-exposure findings, a risk score, and a 90-day roadmap in plain English.
Policy & Governance
An acceptable-use policy staff actually read, an approved-tools register, data rules, and the incident addendum cyber insurance now asks about.
Secure AI Enablement
The policy, enforced: approved tools allowlisted, the rest blocked or flagged, and business-grade AI accounts with SSO so personal ones retire.
Microsoft Copilot Readiness
Permissions and oversharing cleaned up before Copilot is switched on, then a staged rollout with training, so AI surfaces work, not payroll files.
Staff AI Training
Live, hands-on sessions in plain English: what AI can be trusted with, your policy in practice, and prompting for your team’s real work.
Automation & Managed AI
Scoped builds that remove named chunks of repetitive work, then a monthly retainer that keeps policies, tools, and automations current.
AI doesn’t replace defense-in-depth; it extends it. The same framework that protects your network now governs the tools your team feeds it.

Questions
AI for Business, Answered
Aren't we too small for AI to matter?
This isn’t about adopting AI. Staff at firms of every size already use it, and a ten-person firm has the least room to absorb a client-data mistake. The assessment simply tells you what’s true in your environment.
We already blocked ChatGPT. Isn't that enough?
Blocking on the office network usually moves usage to phones and personal accounts, where you can see nothing. Governed access to an approved, business-grade tool is safer than invisible use of a blocked one.
Won't AI leak our data anyway?
Consumer free tools and business plans are different products. Business tenants contractually exclude your data from training and add admin controls; setting that up properly is exactly what secure enablement does.
Can't we just turn Copilot on? It comes with Microsoft.
Copilot shows each person everything their permissions already reach, including years of accidental oversharing. A readiness check costs a fraction of explaining a payroll file in the wrong chat. It pairs naturally with our Microsoft 365 management.
What does an IT shop know about AI?
We run our own business on the same AI we govern, and we can show you the systems. The hard part of AI in a business is security and data handling, which has been our specialty since 2003.
