virtual helpdesk
When your team hits a snag, real people answer. Remote IT support for Des Moines small businesses, with plain-English explanations and tickets that stay open until the problem is actually solved.
The problem
Your Team Shouldn’t Dread Calling IT.
Everyone has a helpdesk story: the ticket that vanished, the fix that undid itself, the technician who answered in acronyms and left someone feeling dumb for asking. So staff stop asking. They limp along with flaky Wi-Fi, a broken printer, and a workaround a coworker showed them, and the lost minutes quietly become lost days.
Netbringer’s virtual helpdesk is built to be called. Real technicians answer, most issues are fixed remotely in a single session, and anything that needs hands gets scheduled on-site. Every fix is explained in plain English, every ticket stays open until the person who reported it agrees it’s solved, and recurring problems get a root-cause fix so they stop coming back.

What’s included
What the Virtual Helpdesk Includes
Six parts of support done right. Each one exists because we’ve seen what happens when it’s missing.
Real People, Real Answers
Call or email and reach a technician, not a phone tree. Plain-English explanations come standard; acronyms only on request.
Remote Fixes First
Most issues are resolved remotely in a single secure session while you watch, with no waiting for a drive across town.
On-Site When It Counts
When hardware or networks need hands, we schedule a visit and arrive with the fix researched, not started from scratch.
Tickets That Stay Open
A ticket closes when the person who reported it agrees it’s solved. Not before. Recurring issues get a root-cause fix.
A Documented Environment
We support what we document: your systems, licenses, and quirks on file, so you never have to re-explain your setup.
Reporting You Can Read
A monthly summary of what broke, what we fixed, and what keeps recurring, with recommendations ranked by impact.
Support and security come from the same team: every fix follows the same security-first discipline as our defense-in-depth framework. See what’s underneath.

Questions
Helpdesk Support, Answered
What does an outsourced IT helpdesk cost?
Helpdesk support is typically part of a managed agreement priced per user or per device, scoped after a short conversation about your team and systems. You get a predictable monthly number, not an hourly meter that makes people afraid to call.
How fast do you answer?
During business hours, calls reach a real technician, and urgent issues jump the queue; true emergencies go to the emergency line at 515.207.7777. We won’t quote a response-time number on a webpage; we’d rather you call our references and ask them.
Can you support remote and hybrid staff?
Yes. Remote support works the same wherever your people are: home offices, job sites, the road. Secure remote tools, the same technicians, the same documentation.
Do you replace our current IT support or work with it?
Either. We can be your whole IT department or the overflow and escalation point behind your internal person. Co-managed arrangements are written down, so your team always knows who to call for what.
What can't a remote helpdesk fix?
Hardware failures, cabling, and some network work need hands on-site, and we do that too. What remote support can’t ever replace is knowing your environment, which is why documentation is part of the service, not an extra.
